Ngan Nguyen-T-Kim

Ngan Nguyen Thi Kim is an Associate Product Manager at Hiip since August 2022, where responsibilities include collecting user problems and analyzing data for user insights. Previously, Ngan served as a Business Analyst Fresher, contributing to the product team by working closely with developers and users to enhance the Hiip platform experience. Earlier, Ngan worked as a Marketing Assistant at Gintell Vietnam, creating social media content and managing customer interactions on Facebook. Ngan also gained experience as a Telesales Consultant at Vietnamese-German University, providing program consultations to prospective students. Ngan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vietnamese-German University, completed in 2021.
