Tim Davies began their work experience in 1994 as a Consultant at Marakon Associates. Tim then worked at Debenhams as the Director of Strategy, Personal Finance, and Customer Management from 2000 to 2007. Following that, they joined Baugur Group as the Director of Retail Ventures & Department Stores from 2007 to 2009. Tim then became a Partner at Adwerth LLP in 2009, where they advised, invested in, and led businesses in the sustainability, charity, and retail sectors. Tim also served as the CEO of Jacques Vert Group and Whitewater during their time at Adwerth LLP. Tim's most recent role was as the CEO of HiiROC Ltd, a company that converts biomethane, flare gas, or natural gas into clean hydrogen and carbon black through an innovative electrolysis process using thermal plasma. The by-product, carbon black, has various applications.
