Rashmi Dang

Rashmi Dang is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over 17 years in the software engineering field. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Hike since March 2013, Rashmi has held various key positions including Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Individual Contributor. Prior to Hike, Rashmi worked as a Technical Lead at IB Technology Solutions Ltd from May 2012 to March 2013 and held roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at EarlySail from March 2006 to May 2012. Rashmi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the Youth Cybersecurity Forum.
