Käryn Gaffney

Käryn Gaffney currently serves as a Substitute Paraeducator/Instructional Assistant for Lake Washington School District since September 2023 and as a Volunteer Team Member with King County Explorer Search and Rescue since March 2023. From January 2015 to July 2023, Käryn was the Seattle Branch Lead Ambassador for Hike it Baby and previously held the Ambassador position at Adventure Mamas Initiative between 2018 and 2019. Käryn's experience in the mortgage industry includes roles as a Production Partner at Guild Mortgage Company from January 2011 to June 2014 and at Cobalt Mortgage from September 2012 to May 2013, where responsibilities involved facilitating communication with clients and guiding them through financing options. Prior to these roles, Käryn worked as a Production Manager at Bank of America from June 2003 to August 2010, overseeing production pipelines and customer communication related to loan processes.
