Will Hilaire

Will Hilaire is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail industry, currently serving as President and CEO of Hilaire Productions since August 2013, an entrepreneurial venture rooted in a passion for convenient clothing. With a background that includes a position as Store Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. since September 2010, Will has been responsible for driving sales, merchandising, and operational excellence. Previous experience at Burlington Coat Factory included roles as Assistant Store Manager and Department Manager, where significant improvements in customer service and sales growth were achieved. Will Hilaire holds a foundational education in Business Management and Business Administration from UMass Boston, completed between 1997 and 2000.
