Maya Aloni

Maya Aloni is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, customer service, quality assurance, and human resources. Currently serving as an Information System Implementer at Hilan since December 2021, Maya previously held positions at EL AL Israel Airlines for over 14 years, culminating in the role of Head Crew & Senior Flight Attendant, where responsibilities included managing a team of nearly 60 flight attendants and conducting employee assessments. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Quality Assurance Tester and Customer Support at Matrix, as well as serving as a Platinum/Business Class Flight Attendant at EL AL. Maya's early career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Man Power and HR Officer provided foundational skills in human resources management. Maya holds a Master of Public Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and a Multidisciplinary Program of Art from the same institution.
