Geoffrey Frankel

Geoffrey Frankel serves as the CEO and Senior Managing Director at Hilco Corporate Finance, LLC, since June 2021, leading M&A advisory, capital raising, restructuring, and special situations advisory services. Previously, Geoffrey held the position of Managing Director at Duff & Phelps from April 2020 to May 2021, and served as Managing Director and Practice Leader for Investment Banking at Huron Transaction Advisory from April 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included originating and executing investment banking transactions. Earlier career experience includes leading special situation investment banking practices as Managing Director at Harris Williams and NatCity Investment Banking (March 2004 - April 2012) and at McDonald & Co/KeyBank Capital Markets (December 1998 - July 2001). Geoffrey Frankel holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
