Ian Fredericks is a highly accomplished business leader with extensive experience in commercial finance, alternative investments, and legal advisory services. As Co-Founder and CEO of ReStore Capital, Ian provides capital solutions to retailers and consumer products companies, leveraging deep industry expertise. Ian also leads the Consumer & Retail division at Hilco Global, serving as CEO and President, and oversees operations at Hilco Merchant Resources as CEO and Chief Legal Officer. In addition to board roles at various organizations, Ian has a robust legal background, having worked at prestigious firms such as Skadden Arps and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor. Ian holds advanced degrees from Harvard Business School, St. John's University, Temple University, and a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College.
