Mitch Evans

Mitch Evans has over 17 years of experience in various roles within the transportation industry. Mitch currently serves as the Director of Recruiting/Driver Development at Hill Brothers Transportation, Inc, where they lead multiple teams and develops effective strategies to recruit and train truck drivers. Prior to this, Mitch worked as the VP of Safety/Compliance/Recruiting at TFI International Inc. and as a Safety Manager at Ruan Transportation Management Systems. Mitch also held positions as the Safety Director at Hunt Transportation, Inc and Fleet Manager at Crete Carrier Corporation. Mitch's career began at Kaplan University, where they worked as a Department Chair and Instructor for 7 years.

Mitch Evans holds a Master's degree in Leadership - Management from Bellevue University. Mitch also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Education - Military Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In addition, Mitch Evans is currently a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) student in Human Capital Management at Bellevue University.
