Iain Donaldson

Iain specialises in tax, tax disputes with HMRC and related commercial advice. He has particular experience in ecommerce, logistics and freight forwarding. He is a non-executive director of UK Flooring Direct Ltd, a large ecommerce retailer, and of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Ltd, which is part of a global logistics and freight forwarding group. Iain also advises businesses and individuals on tax, trust, wealth, succession and related commercial issues.

Iain joined the firm in February 2016. A former managing partner at Matthew Arnold & Baldwin LLP, Iain has extensive experience in tax mitigation and negotiation with HMRC.
