James Lawson

James is a partner in the yacht team, advising on superyacht construction, sale/purchase, design and management contracts, ownership structuring and registration. He has presented at and chaired numerous seminars worldwide.

James has extensive experience of representing owners, designers, brokers and managers on all aspects of superyacht law.

He specialises in legal issues pertinent to and arising from superyacht transactions with an emphasis on construction contracts with the world's leading superyacht builders, sale and purchase agreements, design contracts and ownership structuring and registration.
