Domingo Jr. Liquigan

Domingo Jr. Liquigan, PMP, is an experienced planning engineer with a diverse background in project controls and management consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Engineer/Project Controls at Hill International, Inc. since February 2024, Domingo has previously held significant positions at Sargent & Lundy, focusing on the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant project, and at Silver Coast Construction & Boring, leading the operations room construction for the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. Additional notable experience includes roles at Arabian Construction Co. on the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant's Physical Protection System, and various projects ranging from high-end retail developments in Dubai to large-scale community developments with Fluor Corporation. Domingo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saint Louis, completed in 1990.
