Helen Bellamy

Helen Bellamy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Helen is currently working at Hill & Smith PLC as the Group Head of Talent since May 2022. Prior to this, Helen worked at CrossCountry Trains as the Head of Talent and Development from April 2018 to May 2022. Helen also worked at Severn Trent as a Senior HR Business Partner from March 2016 to March 2018, and at Jaguar Land Rover as an HR Consultant from January 2015 to March 2016. Before that, Helen worked at BT in various HR Business Partner roles, including a Senior HRBP role covering multiple business units from September 2012 to December 2014, and an HRBP role for the security director from November 2011 to August 2012. Helen also worked at BT Wholesale as an HR Business Partner from April 2010 to November 2011, and at BT iNet as an HR Business Partner from February 2008 to April 2010. Helen's earliest experience in their career was at BT Global Services, where they worked as an Employee Relations Specialist from March 2007 to January 2008, and as an HR Advisor from November 2004 to February 2007.

From 1998 to 2002, Helen Bellamy attended Loughborough University and obtained a Bsc degree in Management.
