Jeff Thompson

Jeff Thompson has over 35 years of experience in engineering and product management within the roadside safety and transportation industries. Currently serving as the Roadside Safety Products Engineering Manager at Hill & Smith Inc. from March 2021 to June 2024, Jeff previously held the position of Sr. Applications Engineer at both Barrier Systems, Inc. and Lindsay Transportation Solutions, Inc. from June 2010 to March 2021. Prior to this, Jeff was a Product Support Engineer at Energy Absorption Systems, Inc. from November 1988 to June 2010. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
