Todd Kinley

Todd Kinley is an experienced technical analyst with a background spanning over three decades in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst at Hill Technical Solutions since February 2022, Todd previously held similar roles at Penta Inc. and Archarithms, Inc. Supporting CRAM algorithm development and missile defense initiatives, Todd's expertise extends to significant contributions at Aegis Technologies and Northrop Grumman, where involvement in missile defense engineering and analysis was prominent. Todd's early career included work at Nichols Research Corporation, where development of the THAAD end-to-end simulation was notable, as well as mathematical simulations at SPARTA, Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Georgia and completed three years of studies in Mathematics and religion at Southern Adventist University.
