Missy Vining

Missy Vining has a strong background in financial operations and analysis. Missy has experience working in various roles at Hillcrest Healthcare System, starting as a Decision Support Analyst in 2012 and progressing to an Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Operations Manager, Director of Financial Operations, and currently, as the Chief Financial Officer for Hillcrest Claremore & Pryor. In these roles, they have demonstrated their ability to work independently with senior executives, provide financial support and analysis, and oversee financial performance and decision making. Prior to joining Hillcrest Healthcare System, Missy worked as an Experienced Assurance Associate at PwC, where they gained experience in auditing and worked with multiple clients and industries.

Missy Vining completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance majors, with minors in Economics and Leadership Studies, from Westminster College (MO) from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University, with an expected completion date in 2022.
