Dharmaraj Sankar

Dharmaraj Sankar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dharmaraj started their career as an Engineer at thermax india in 1993 and worked there until 1999. In 1999, they joined Tech Semiconductor Singapore Pte Ltd as a DI/IWT Engineer until 2000. Dharmaraj then joined Merck in 2000 as a Manufacturing Operations Manager. During their time at Merck, they held various positions and was promoted to Operations Excellence Manager in 2004. In 2009, they joined Roche Singapore Technical Operations as a Manager-Operations Excellence until 2011. Dharmaraj then worked at Baxter Bioscience Singapore from 2011 to 2017 as Head of Operation Excellence and Technical Training, where they were part of the senior management team leading the quality leadership process. In 2017, they joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals as the Head of PMO and Site Operation Excellence and held the position until 2022. Currently, Dharmaraj is working at Hilleman Laboratories as the Head of GMP Operations starting from March 2022.

Dharmaraj Sankar completed their B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at Anna University from 1989 to 1993. Dharmaraj then pursued an MS in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Later, they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the National University of Singapore, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Dharmaraj Sankar has also obtained several certifications. Dharmaraj received a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society of Quality Engineers in May 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Finally, they acquired a Master Black Belt certification in 2014, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified.
