Yenni Cahyana

Yenni Cahyana has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmaceutical research and development. Yenni began their career at AbbVie in 2008 as a Scientist I, where they played a key role in planning and conducting analytical analysis for formulation development and routine stability samples. Yenni also contributed to the setting up of a new cGMP analytical laboratory and trained personnel.

In 2016, Yenni joined Pfizer as a Senior Analytical Research Scientist, and then moved on to Abbott in 2017 as a Scientist. In both roles, they independently conducted analytical testing, including method evaluation, verification, and development/validation/transfer. Yenni also worked in collaboration with cross-functional teams for development and product transfer activities.

From 2021 to 2022, Yenni worked at Anter Consulting as a Senior Validation Engineer, focusing on a data integrity remediation project at MSD. Yenni was responsible for preparing validation protocols, user requirement specifications, and change controls related to laboratory equipment validation activities in a GMP environment.

Currently, Yenni is working at Hilleman Laboratories as a Scientist. Yenni supports process and formulation development for biopharmaceutical products, particularly viral vector vaccines, recombinant protein products, and monoclonal antibodies. Yenni leads analytical activities, manages resources and time to ensure alignment with other functions/stakeholders, and complies with safety and regulatory requirements.

Yenni Cahyana completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering at Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including a Graduate Certificate in Health Products Regulation from Duke-NUS Medical School in May 2023 and a Lean Six Sigma Foundation (Yellow Belt) certification from the National University of Singapore in October 2020. Yenni also completed several online courses on decision-making strategies, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, strategic thinking, continuous improvement, effective teamwork, effective communication, leading without formal authority, and cross-functional team collaboration from LinkedIn in 2020 and 2019.
