Kevin Thompson

Kevin Thompson currently serves as the Customer Care Training Manager at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Senior Training Manager at IBEX | Global from March 2012 to January 2022. Kevin also managed Villager Tavern from 2002 to 2011 and began the career as a Training Coordinator at Nortel Networks from June 1997 to November 2001. Kevin holds a Master of Teaching degree from Belmont University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Belmont University (2000-2005).
