Andrea Davis

Andrea Davis has extensive experience in event management and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Events at Hillerich & Bradsby Co. since June 2016. Prior roles at the same company include General Manager of Museum Operations, Museum Sales Manager, and Group Sales & Events Manager. Andrea also operated Still Happiness Photography from October 2011 to December 2023 as a Photographer. Previous work at NG Customer Care from October 2012 to May 2016 included positions ranging from Customer Care Agent to Senior Customer Care Supervisor, focusing on team leadership and customer service excellence. Andrea started the professional journey at UPS as a Shift employee from 2007 to 2012. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Indiana University Southeast, completed in 2012, and a high school diploma from Assumption High School.
