Nikki Fletcher

Nikki Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, business services, and management. Currently serving as the Business Services Manager and Manager of HR, Safety & Environment at Hillgrove Resources, Nikki plays a pivotal role in the transition of the Kanmantoo Copper Mine to an underground operation. Previous positions include Executive Manager of People, Culture, and Strategic Projects at NDSP Plan Managers, and various roles at Journey Beyond, The Nappy Collective, and Bedford Group, among others. Nikki holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia, a Master's in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Enterprise from the University of Adelaide.
