Justin Riley

Justin Riley has held various roles and positions throughout their work experience. Justin is currently working at Hillman Grad as the Senior Vice President of Operations, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations & Business Development at Hillman Grad from March 2022 to January 2023. Justin also worked at Hillman Grad Foundation as the Founding Executive Director & Advisor from August 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Hillman Grad, Justin worked at Chapman University as the Director of Black Excellence & Achievement from January 2022 to March 2022, and as the Associate Director of Student Community Support and Development from November 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, they worked at Westbrook Inc as an Assistant Producer from February 2019 to November 2019.

In their earlier career, Justin served as the Executive Director of Open Gym Premier from April 2013 to January 2018. Justin also gained experience at FOX Sports as an Assignment Desk employee from November 2013 to December 2014, and as an Admissions Counselor at the University of Southern California from August 2011 to July 2012.

Justin Riley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Television and Broadcast Journalism from Chapman University in 2011. Justin is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Leadership Development from the same university, expected to be completed in 2022.
