Michael Bowles

Michael Bowles is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in the commercial refrigeration industry and high-volume manufacturing. Currently, at Hillphoenix since October 2005, Michael leads projects involving design and construction of fixtures, project management for large-scale capital initiatives, and coordination of installation and startup processes. Prior to this role, Michael spent six years at Rehrig International, where responsibilities included managing continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events, overseeing a team of machinists, and maintaining operational efficiency of stamping dies. Michael began their engineering career as an intern at the Virginia Department of Transportation, focusing on materials testing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an Associate's degree from J.Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
