William Maddox

William Maddox is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both aviation and customer service roles. Currently serving as Program Manager and Certified Flight Instructor at Hillsboro Aero Academy since June 2021, William has also held positions such as Line Service & Facilities Manager. Prior to this, William worked at CARR AUTO GROUP as an Internet & Retail Sales Specialist, focusing on high-volume leads and customer satisfaction. At Gee Automotive Companies, William excelled as an Internet Sales Manager, achieving strong unit sales and effective CRM management. Earlier experience includes working as a Counselor Advocate at ShelterCare, providing mental health counseling, and as a Crew Member at McDonald's. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon and completed flight training at Hillsboro Aero Academy in July 2023.
