Anouchka Randell

Anouchka Randell has extensive experience in various roles focused on people development and support. Currently serving as Creative Moments Oversight at Hillsong Church since July 2021, Anouchka previously held the position of Well-being and Development Manager at Merit Planning Hills and Inner West for five years. Anouchka’s background includes serving as Practice Manager at Diamond Pregnancy Support and working as a Caseworker, where support was provided to women facing unplanned pregnancies. Earlier career experiences include project coordination at Coach in a Box and event administration at Hillsong Church. Anouchka holds a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from Massey University and an Advanced Diploma of Ministry in Creative Arts from Hillsong College, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology also from Massey University.
