Esona Mangcaka

Esona Mangcaka has extensive experience in various roles within creative leadership and recruitment. Currently serving as the Creative Location Lead & Vocal Oversight at Hillsong Church since April 2022, Esona previously worked as an Enrollment Advisor at 2U from October 2020 to April 2022. Esona also held the position of Specialist Consultant in Quantitative Risk & Actuarial at Network Recruitment, focusing on financial services recruitment in niche areas such as risk modelling and actuarial services. Esona's earlier roles included leadership positions and strategic management at Stellenbosch University, with experience as a Student Assistant in Private Student Organisations, a financial manager on the Prim Committee, and an advisor in a men’s residence. Esona participated as a delegate at the United Nations Leadership Symposium in 2018, emphasizing a commitment to positive change. Esona holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stellenbosch University and a National Senior Certificate from Collegiate Girls’ High School.
