Jonathan Denton

Jonathan Denton has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jonathan started their career as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at ONE80TC from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they owned and operated their own business, Jonathan Denton PT (Personal Training), from 2005 to 2008. Jonathan then worked as a Residential Care Program Manager at UnitingCare from 2011 to 2014, where they managed a team and ensured high-quality care for children and young people in the program. Jonathan later became the Manager of Case Work of Western Sydney Foster Care at Uniting from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they managed caseworkers and implemented innovative practices. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Manager of Case Work Sydney Metro Permanency Support Program at Uniting. In 2019, they joined CoFit App as their COO, where they focused on expanding health and fitness through technology and innovation. Currently, they are working at Hillsong CityCare as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operational processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Jonathan Denton has completed several diploma programs in various fields of study. Jonathan obtained a Diploma of Project Management from OTEN Tafe, a Diploma of Fitness from Fitness Institute Australia, and a Diploma of Business from TAFE. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Australian Institute of Management, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
