Carter Bair

Carter Bair is an experienced financial executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Hilltop Health Services Corporation since January 2002, where Carter manages a $30 million budget, oversees 600+ employees, and directs 26 health service programs. Additionally, Carter holds the CFO position at Hilltop Community Resources. Previous roles include Senior Accountant and Senior Auditor at Chadwick, Steinkirchner, Davis & Co., where Carter developed audit procedures for Y2K compliance, as well as several bookkeeping positions that involved comprehensive financial management. Carter earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
