Alexander Loreto

Alexander Loreto has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Alexander started their career at PrimeLending as a Secondary Markets Intern in 2014, where they worked on MBS market operations, assisted loan offices, and developed a hedging model. In 2015, they interned at Qualcomm's Department of Treasury. Loreto then joined Hilltop Securities Inc. in 2016 as a Fixed Income Trading Assistant and steadily moved up the ranks. Alexander served as an Assistant Vice President Fixed Income Trading Assistant from 2016 to 2019, then as an Assistant Vice President Junior Trader from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Trader at Hilltop Securities Inc.

Alexander Loreto completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Texas Tech University from 2012 to 2016. Alexander then obtained the Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in December 2016 and the Series 63 certification in January 2017. Currently, Alexander is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Finance at the University of Oklahoma, which started in 2022 and will end in 2023.
