Jay Lemon

Jay Lemon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jay started their career in 1987 at Bank of America as a Commercial Teller and Personal Banker, where they worked until 1992. Jay then moved on to Dain Rauscher, where they served as Trading and Underwriting Support from 1993 to 1998. In 1998, Jay joined Southwest Securities, Inc. and held multiple roles including Capital Markets Operational Support, Portfolio Management Associate, Registered Institutional Sales/Trading Assistant, and Institutional Fixed Income Sales Representative. Jay stayed with Southwest Securities, Inc. until 2005. In 2006, they joined Southwest Securities, Inc. again, this time as a Retail EOP Administrator, and they remained in this role until 2008. Finally, Jay joined Hilltop Securities Inc. in 2008 and worked there as a Senior Systems Administrator until August 2020. Jay then transitioned to the role of VP Middle Office Platform Administrator at the same company.

Jay Lemon has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. In addition, they hold certifications such as Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) from FINRA (obtained in October 2018) and Bloomberg Fixed Income Certification from Bloomberg LP (obtained in September 2017).
