Gregory Scovitch

Gregory Scovitch, PE has over two decades of experience in project management and development within the construction industry. Gregory started their career as a Project Manager at Turner Construction in 2000, where they gained valuable experience until 2005. Gregory then moved to The Konrath Group as a Project Manager, focusing on business development and overseeing a $40M renovation project for the City of Kansas City. Following this role, they joined The Cordish Company in 2006 as a Project Manager, leading the design and construction of a significant urban revitalization project valued at $850M. In 2012, they transitioned to Hillwood as a Vice President of Development, where they continue to demonstrate their expertise in development initiatives.

Gregory Scovitch, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999.
