Kimberly Cole

Kimberly Cole has a rich work history in the development and strategic management field. Starting in 2003 at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. as a Vice President, they later moved on to Logistics Property Company, LLC in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Development Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Strategic Development at Hillwood starting in November 2021.

Kimberly Cole completed an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Engineering from Odessa Junior College in 2001. Kimberly then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2004. Kimberly also holds a certification as a Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
