Dan Pfister

Dan Pfister has extensive work experience in research and development, chemistry, and laboratory roles. Dan began their career in 2003 as a Bench Chemist at Custom Industrial Analysis Labs Inc. and served as a Laboratory Assistant at Missouri Western State University until 2005. Dan then joined Iowa State University as a Research Assistant and remained in that position until 2010. In 2010, Dan became a Chemist at the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship for a brief period. Since 2011, they have been working at Hillyard, Inc. where they started as a Research Chemist and Coatings Specialist and now holds the position of Director of Research and Development.

Dan Pfister earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Missouri Western State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at Iowa State University from 2005 to 2010.
