Tzen Yik Lau

Tzen Yik Lau is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional with a strong background in managing operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as Regional ALC Warehouse Manager at Hilti Asia Pacific since June 2021, Tzen oversees 3PL warehouse operations and ensures efficient distribution in the APAC region. Previously, as Transport and Warehouse Specialist at Hilti Malaysia, Tzen improved delivery processes and logistics partnerships. Tzen's experience also includes roles at Thyssenkrupp, where responsibilities ranged from launch management to supply chain development for plant setups. Tzen holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation and additional engineering degrees from Hochschule Mannheim and HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
