Winnie Huang

Winnie Huang is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Hilti Taiwan and the Director of North Asia Regional HRBP for the Marketing Function at Hilti Asia Pacific since February 2019, Winnie is focused on building high-performing organizations through strategic partnerships, talent development, and leadership enhancement. Prior roles include Acting Head of HR for Hilti Korea, where Winnie led a team to implement operational excellence and executed significant organizational changes. Previously, at Fung Group, Winnie contributed to corporate capability and leadership development, and at Maersk Line, held various senior HR roles, excelling in strategic business partnership, performance culture development, and talent management. Winnie holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from National Chengchi University.
