Juan Alejo has extensive experience in sales and management within the construction and toy industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at HILTI since March 2007, Juan implements the Hilti Lead 2030 Strategy in the Miami area, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets. Previously, Juan held the position of Senior Civil Account Manager at HILTI, providing technical support and driving business development in the civil construction trade in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Prior to that, Juan was a Product Manager at Nikko America, Inc., where responsibilities included acting as a key liaison between marketing and sales while supporting Latin American vendors. Juan holds an MBA in International Marketing from The University of Dallas and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
