Lara Farrell

Lara Farrell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies and talent management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Programmes at Hilti Group since January 2017, Lara oversees resourcing strategies, internal talent management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include significant positions at Kellogg Company, Petrofac, and Armstrong Craven, where Lara managed executive recruitment and developed robust talent pipelines. An alumna of the University of Oxford, Lara holds a master's degree in English Literature and is furthering education at Henley Business School.
