Sin Siang Soh has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, with a particular focus on digital technology, eCommerce, and software engineering. Sin Siang has held various roles at companies such as Hilti Group and National Instruments.
At Hilti Group, Sin Siang Soh has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills. As the VP of Marketing and Sales Technology, they successfully grew the digital technology team from 70 to 150 members. Sin Siang played a key role in operating the eCommerce platform and implementing serverless and microservices architecture to improve deployment efficiency and security. Additionally, they have held positions as a Program Manager, Head of Global IT Paris, and Global IT Head of Digital PLM, where they achieved significant milestones such as migrating eCommerce to AWS and upgrading ERP systems.
Prior to joining Hilti Group, Sin Siang Soh gained experience as an IT Programmer Analyst during an internship at National Instruments. Sin Siang developed web and mobile applications to automate processes and collaborated with international counterparts.
Throughout their career, Sin Siang Soh has consistently demonstrated success in leading teams, driving innovation, and implementing technology solutions.
Sin Siang Soh completed a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Imperial College London in 2021. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Management.
