Erika Searle has been a Human Resources Business Partner at Hilton Grand Vacations since January 2018. Prior to that, Erika worked as an HR Assistant/Training and Development Coordinator at City Mill Company, Ltd. and as an Office Manager at Dr. Megan January. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Northern Oklahoma College. Throughout their time at HGV, Erika has taken on various roles, from being a leave of absence specialist to an HR Generalist in the contact center role, where Erika assists team members nationwide with their questions and concerns.
