Jennifer Portella

Jennifer Portella currently serves as the Vice President of Global Compensation and Facilities at Hilton Grand Vacations, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the VP of People at Cirkul from March 2022 to July 2023. A significant portion of Jennifer's career was spent at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where roles included Senior Director of HR for Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, Director of HR and Corporate Finance, and various positions within Financial Planning & Analysis from November 2012 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Accountant at Ovations Food Services from October 2008 to October 2012 and in Accounting and Internal Audit at Bloomin' Brands from August 2006 to October 2008. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and furthered education at Cornell University's ILR School.
