Shiho Lopp

Shiho Lopp is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with over a decade of experience at Hilton Grand Vacations, having progressed through various roles from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities include attracting and sourcing talent, building candidate relationships, and promoting Hilton Grand Vacations as an Employer of Choice. Shiho has also overseen support services and has led teams to enhance operational efficiency and guest service in previous roles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Japanese Guest Relations Officer at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
