Amanda Baron is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital media and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Planning for Americas Marketing at Hilton since October 2015. In this role, Amanda leads a media strategy team responsible for optimizing paid media channels to drive booked room nights, site traffic, and market share. Amanda has received recognition as a 2019 Circle of Excellence winner for Marketing, Operations & Media and successfully launched Hilton Advance, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to Hilton, Amanda held various positions at Oracle (Micros eCommerce) where oversight of media strategies for top retail clients and hospitality clients was key. Earlier career roles included project coordination and public affairs, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The George Washington University and studies at The American University of Rome.
