Katie Lopresti

Katie Lopresti (Ferguson) has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Operations Americas at Hilton since September 2016. Katie’s career at Hilton includes various progressive roles in HR operations and consulting. Prior to this, Katie worked as a bartender at Looneys Pub, where responsibilities included supervising staff and managing events. Katie’s HR experience also encompasses internships with the Washington Nationals and HITT Contracting Inc., focusing on recruitment and organizational development. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland, earned between 2013 and 2016.
