Randy Gaines

Randy Gaines has over two decades of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations and New Project Development at Hilton since June 2009. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Vice President of Engineering, Housekeeping, and Laundry Operations for the Americas at Hilton. Randy's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Engineering Technical Services at Host Hotels and Resorts from 2003 to 2008, and as Vice President at White Lodging Services from September 1996 to June 2003.
