Soleil Teubner Boughton currently serves as a Board Member at CaringBridge and as the Chief Legal Officer at hims & hers. Soleil is also a Founding Member at TechGC. Prior to their current roles, Soleil worked as a Product Counsel at Google and Partner at Jones Day specializing in Healthcare & Life Sciences law. Soleil also held positions at Latham & Watkins and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Soleil holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis/Anthropology from Pomona College.
