Jess has worked in various managerial roles for companies like HIMSS, HIMSS Media, Dice, and Ziff Davis Enterprise. Jess'sresponsibilities have included developing processes, managing teams, forecasting revenue, and improving operational standards. Jess also has experience as a freelance writer/researcher and as a marketing assistant at The Frick Art and Historical Center.

Jess Bacon completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Women's Studies at the University of Delaware from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Publishing and Communications from Harvard University between 2002 and 2004.
