Renee Cotton

Renee Cotton is the current Chief of Staff at Hinds Community College. Renee has held this position since 2016. Prior to that, they were the District Director of Marketing & Community Relations at Hinds Community College from 2010 to 2016. Renee has also held the position of Director of Marketing & Communication at Merit Health Madison from 2009 to 2010 and Director of Physician Relations at Mississippi Baptist Health System from 1999 to 2009. Renee began their career at Mississippi Baptist Health System in 1992 as a Marketing Specialist.

Renee Cotton has a Master of Business Administration from Delta State University, a BS in Marketing/Education from Mississippi State University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Marketing from Hinds Community College.

Renee Cotton reports to Stephen Vacik, President. Renee Cotton works with Keri Cole - VP of Instruction, Academic & Transfer, Marvin Moak - VP of Facility Management & Auxiliary Services, and Victor Parker - VP of Finance.
