Kristi Hardy

Kristi Hardy has over 18 years of experience in the eCommerce industry. Kristi began their career in 2004 as a Web Developer at PFSweb. During their time there, they implemented Demandware eCommerce solutions for global brands including Roots, Kensie, Liz Claiborne, and Monet. Kristi then advanced to become a Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for the overall delivery of large e-commerce websites for leading, global brands. In 2015, they joined Lyons Consulting Group as a Development Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the ecommerce implementation development team, training and professional development of the team, and creating and updating policy and standards for implementation procedures. In 2019, they moved to Capgemini (formerly LYONSCG) in the same role. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at HindSite Software.

Kristi Hardy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Dallas. Kristi also attended University of North Texas. In March 2021, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
