Florent Flora has over two decades of experience in information technology and business operations, specializing in telecommunications and business process outsourcing. Currently, Florent serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a role held since July 2015, after progressing through various titles within the organization. Previous positions include Vice President of Technology Operations at EXL and Director of IT Planning & Transitions at Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. Florent also founded MMXtreme Technologies Corporation and held key management roles at PhilWeb Corporation and PhilCom Corporation, focusing on revenue development and network planning. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University and additional training at the Asian Institute of Management.
