Balaraju G has over eight years of experience in the petroleum and energy sectors, currently serving as a Manager for Refinery Margin Management at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited since July 2015. Previous roles at Hindustan Petroleum include Manager for Refinery Operations Planning and Scheduling, Operations Manager, and Assistant Manager focusing on DCS operations and optimizing interdepartmental collaboration. Balaraju began the career as an Executive Engineer, specializing in optimizing offsite operations and managing hydrocarbon handling. Earlier internships at SuryaKund Solar Water Heaters and Defence Research and Development Organisation provided experience in solar water heater design and solid propellant performance analysis.
